iGENETECH has been selected as a TOP 10 finalist in the Global ImpactPreneur program, co-hosted by UNDP and the Chung Mong-Koo Foundation. The program identifies entrepreneurs and ventures whose innovations directly advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on solutions designed for emerging and underserved markets.
Why this matters
The greatest unmet need in diagnostics is not technological sophistication — it is access. Across sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and other resource-limited settings, millions of patients go undiagnosed not because the science doesn't exist, but because the infrastructure to deliver it doesn't reach them. No central laboratory. No reliable cold chain. No margin for delay.
The MoiM Dx Platform was built to close that gap. A 16-plex molecular diagnostics system delivering results in under 60 minutes, MoiM brings clinical-grade testing directly to the point of care — supporting earlier detection and treatment of infectious diseases that continue to drive preventable mortality across emerging markets.
This work aligns directly with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). Diagnostics that travel to the patient are not simply a product innovation — they are a structural response to health inequity.
